Preparation:

Start with clean, dry skin. Apply the sunscreen before stepping into direct sunlight to ensure adequate protection.

Application:

Squeeze a small amount of the sunscreen and spread it evenly across your face and body. 

Reapplication:

Reapply every 2 hours, especially after swimming, sweating or towel drying, to maintain continuous sun protection.
