Saturday Reception / Clinic Support Role

Natural Health Clinic

West Perth, WA

We are looking for a friendly and reliable person to join our natural health clinic in West Perth, working Friday’s 1-5pm, and every second Saturday from 9am to 1pm. This role supports our practitioners, including Naturopaths, Nutritionists and Remedial Massage Therapists, as well as our clients at reception.

Duties include answering the phone, greeting clients, assisting in the dispensary, taking payments, and booking appointments in our clinic database. The ideal person would also be flexible and available to help cover admin sick leave or holiday leave when required, however this isn’t essential for the right person.

Our clinic is a lovely, calm environment with a friendly and supportive team in a beautiful West Perth location. This would be an amazing opportunity for someone studying naturopathy or natural health who would enjoy being around practitioner brands, herbal liquids and compounding. The current long term reception team includes a qualified Naturopath and qualified Nutritionist.

Qualified Naturopath - Part-Time

The position offers a secured 30 hours per week, Wednesday to Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:
• Customer service and advice for Naturopathic and Pharmacy patients
• Patient consults including iridology
• Placing orders and liaising with Company representatives
• Receiving and merchandising stock
• Organising ongoing training for Pharmacy staff and general pharmacy duties
• Implementing new ideas to grow the business
• Ability to prescribe and formulate custom made herbals from our vast dispensary
• Prescribing and dispensing Practitioner only Products.

Skills and Experience:
• Current formal Naturopathic Qualification and Association membership
• A minimum of 2 years clinical and/or retail experience with knowledge of POP products
• Confidence speaking to a diverse range of patient
• Work as a store team member assisting Pharmacy patients with scripts, OTC and taking phone calls.
