Valeriana officinalis has been associated with increased incidence of diarrhoea and gastrointestinal problems.
Valeriana officinalis can have additive sedative effects when used concomitantly with CNS depressant drugs or alcohol.
Theoretically, concomitant use of Zizyphus jujuba var. spinosa with CNS depressants may cause additive sedative effects.
Zizyphus jujuba var. spinosa may reduce blood sugar levels and have an additive effect with antidiabetic drugs; monitor blood glucose.
