Sleep Complex contains a premium Valarian extract to help reduce the time to fall asleep and relieves sleeplessness, and Zizyphus, which is used in traditional Chinese medicine to calm the mind and induce sleep.

  • Zizyphus jujuba var. spinosa (zizyphus extract dry conc.) 450 mg
  • Valeriana officinalis (valerian) extract dry conc. 375 mg (equiv. dry root 1.5 g, std. to contain valerenic acid 1.13 mg)
  • Lavandula angustifolia (lavender flower oil essential) 2 mg

Adults: Take 2 tablets once a day (1/2 - 1 hour before bed), or as professionally prescribed.

Avoid using in pregnancy and lactation. There is insufficient reliable information available about safety.

Valeriana officinalis has been associated with increased incidence of diarrhoea and gastrointestinal problems.

Valeriana officinalis can have additive sedative effects when used concomitantly with CNS depressant drugs or alcohol.

Theoretically, concomitant use of Zizyphus jujuba var. spinosa with CNS depressants may cause additive sedative effects.

Zizyphus jujuba var. spinosa may reduce blood sugar levels and have an additive effect with antidiabetic drugs; monitor blood glucose.
