Adults: To maintain healthy digestive system function, take 1 capsule twice a

day. To reduce the risk and symptoms of travellers diarrhoea, take 2 capsules once or twice daily, or as directed by your health professional.

Children 2 months - 17 years: To reduce diarrhoea, take 1 capsule once or twice daily, or as directed by your health professional. For children unable to swallow capsules, empty the capsule contents and mix with a small amount of food or liquid and consume directly.
